Frequently Asked Questions
The Studio & Classes
-
Yes, our classes are for adults (18+) only.
-
Not at all. One of the best things about indoor cycling is that you control the resistance knob. Our instructors will guide the pace and choreography, but you can always dial it back and ride at your own level. We are here to build endurance and strength together, no matter where you start.
-
It depends on the class! Generally, you can expect loud, high-energy tracks designed to get your heart rate up. From pop remixes to rock and hip-hop, we curate playlists that make the hard work feel like a party.
-
We do not have showers on-site. We do offer restrooms for changing and complimentary towels for your ride.
-
No, we do not rent shoes. Our bikes are compatible with standard sneakers (using toe cages) or SPD-style cycling cleats.
Booking & Policies
-
We have a 12-hour cancellation window.
Late Cancel: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will be charged a $10 fee.
No-Show: If you do not cancel and do not show up, you will forfeit the class credit used to book the spot.
-
We take the start of class seriously to respect the vibe and the other riders. Doors are locked at the start of class, and late entry is not permitted. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to avoid the stress!
-
If a class is full, join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, our system will automatically add you to the class and send you an email notification up to 2 hours before start time. Please monitor your email if you are waitlisted!
Your First Ride: What to Expect
Welcome to the studio! We know trying a new workout can be nerve-wracking, but we promise—once the music starts, you're going to love it. Here is everything you need to know before you clip (or strap) in.
The Gear
Shoes: You do not need special cycling shoes to ride with us. Our bikes feature hybrid pedals: one side has a toe cage for your standard athletic sneakers, and the other works with SPD cleats. If you have your own SPD shoes, bring them! If not, your favorite gym sneakers work perfectly.
Clothes: Wear moisture-wicking athletic gear. Form-fitting pants or shorts (like leggings or biker shorts) are best to prevent fabric from snagging on the bike. Come ready to sweat!
Hydration: Bring a water bottle! We have a filtered filling station in the studio if you need a refill.
The Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you enough time to check in with the instructor, stash your stuff in our open cubbies, and get settled. Heads up: We lock the studio doors exactly at class time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter, so please give yourself a buffer!
The Setup
If it's your first time, head into the studio and flag down your instructor. We will help you adjust your seat height and handlebars to ensure a safe, comfortable ride. We will also make sure your sneakers are strapped in tight (or your cleats are clipped in) so you can ride with confidence.
The Vibe
Our classes are rhythm-based. That means we ride to the beat of the music with high-energy choreography and strength elements. The room is dimly lit to help you focus on your ride, not your neighbor. There are no screens or leaderboards—just you, the bike, and the beat.
The Amenities
We provide complimentary sweat towels for your ride. Please note that we do not have showers on-site, but we do have a changing area and restrooms so you can freshen up after class.
